I've read of a manga of the above title, in which among other things the British government evacuates to Inverness following a German invasion, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Konpeki_no_Kantai Without delving excessively into the Unmentionable Sea Mammal, were there plans to evacuate to Inverness IRL? I know there were plans to evacuate to Worchester.
