The one of the DDR should have the imperial German tri-color (I remember in a book that they were thinking of using it for 5 good minutes and they said "nope we are going to use the black, red and gold") and the USSR flag should be substituted with the 1991 to 1993 flag. I did one a few years ago for the "Lukewarm Peace" timeline. You or anyone else can feel free to modify it if you want. Incidentally, there is no such thing as a "1991-1993 USSR flag". In 1991, all constituents republics, including Russia, switched to national flags of their own and the USSR flag ceased to be used.

Jesse Unruh (the guy in the first picture after the button) is meant to be a standard for Reagan, and Frank Brisco (second picture after the button) is a stand in for Bush.
