Nope, but close.

No and yes, the symbolism was taken form the Albanian Socialist People's Republic flag, but it was'nt meant to be for Albania.

Bingo.

Well, that and he wanted something to match his militant gay (Authoritarian) Commuist ideology.
Gay Authoritarin Communist Militant? What else is there to put in that ideology?

I posted a flag (Samoa) in Thread I that nobody commented on. Mind if I try again?

All right then, here it is.

A united flag for the Samoa Islands. White stars on blue evoke the flags from both the Independent State of Samoa and the USA. The stars form a map of the islands, with big stars for the main ones, and little stars for the islets.

And no, Swains Island isn't included here, since this Samoa is largely a cultural thing - Swains is culturally Tokelauan.

I kinda like it... but, I dunno, my totally subjective feeling is that the too many stars on it don't actually make the flag Samoan. it's just a flag for any kind of a south pacific island or maybe even a federation of some of them.

Anyway, it's a good flag, but i feel it lack a special Samoan identity to differ it from all other flags in the world.
