In the old flag thread I posted a flag of a Modern Pharonic Egypt

I would very much appreciat a feedback on the flag.

It seems like you've put the most recognisable symbols of ancient Egypt on there, instead of logically thinking though how a flag of a modern Pharoanic Egypt may actually appear, so it looks rather cluttered and complicated.

No hard TL for this, just an idea of an early, united Ireland, which chooses this as it's flag (Celtic Cross on St. Patrick blue)

Nice design, especially the simplified version. Though for some reason the flags give me the impression that the nation wants to flaunt its nuclear capability.;)

Jewish Nordic Flag

From a timeline where Åland becomes the Jewish homeland, I presume.

That would be the Isle of Manhattan Project of course... with Dr. O'Penheimer as lead scientist.

I like these.

Droning on in this vein, a colonial flag of the Kingdom of Ireland.

The flag thread is dead. Long live the flag thread!

Huzzah!

A simplified version of the Irish Kingdom flag

Very nice.

The addition of St. Andrew's saltire on Union between Ireland and Scotland into Gaelic Kingdom. The new blue field is known as "Gaelic Blue" is a blend of St. Patrick's blue and St. Andrew's

I like it. I think there is too much white or too much interconnected white. Nice series.

Cornwall's ascension to Union status adds the Cross of St. Piran.

Quickly followed by the addition of St. David for Wales

Final state: addition of St. george for England to make the Kingdom of the Isles. Cornwall and Wales are combined into one pale-yellow cross on black.

And here's the development path

One final, final version - simplification of the English and Welsh/Cornish crosses
Wow.

EXCELLENT FLAGS!

That's some absolutely fantastic work, Dutchie!
I don't know if I posted these before, but I've had them in my que for a while.

Modern Achaemenid Empire of Persia

Before being overrun by the Celtic Kingdom, the Angles formed a union with the Low Countries.... I give you the Noord Sea Kingdom

The state flag of the Dual Monarchy of England and France.
I agree the fleur de lis on both the 'french' and english' side of the shield are a bit much... the English used it OTL to bolster their claims to France, and if they acheived it they would probably drop the quartering of their own shield and just go with the triple lions.

I like the five crosses... not something for a modern flag, but it gives a 'medieval' feel somehow...

((I know it sucks but I like it.))

Flag of the Union of Australia and New Zealand (UANZ, or Pacifica).

The red and blue crosses represent the Anglo/White peoples of the Union. The Black and fern leaf represent the Māori.
The Orange and Kangaroo represent the Aborigine.
The Southern Cross represents the unity that holds these three groups together as one nation.

Just curious... why do red and blue crosses on blue and red backgrounds represent white people?

Concept for a flag for the Union of American Socialist Republics for a TL I'm working on.

Didn't turn out quite as planned (my photoshop skills are a bit rusty), but I think it's proof of concept.
