A New Coat of Arms Thread

Can someone change this emblem into a coat of arms:

Also, the red background should be changed into white.

Thanks!

Would they really use Christian Saint AND the double headed eagle?

Maybe a eagle ... maybe a double headed one ... bit a double headed eagle with a Saint?

But looks amazing :)

Anybody interested in making a seal or CoA for a republican Great Britain?

Seriously though, it depends when exactly you're talking about. Surviving Commonwealth in the 1600s, socialist revolution in the 1900s, democratic abolition in the 2100s? All very different results and very different possibilities.

I'd say, in the 21st or 22nd century, the U.K. becomes a secular federalized republic, its territory limited to the island of Great Britain. So, there'd probably be no crowns or other monarchist paraphernalia included in the seal.

Hungary is a Republic and had a Crown on its Coat of Arms (which is also on their flag) in fact "the Crown of Hungary" is in the constitution

Hmm, I did not know that. Interesting... :)

well in truth Hungary was kind of forced into being a Republic in 1919 (kind of, they were a monarchy with out a King till 1946) so the crown means a lot to them and its one of the only medieval crowns to last to the modern day so its a big part of their history

but yeah I could see the crown being used as a symbol of severity rather then monarchy

Could somebody make me a coat of arms?

Making someone a personal Coat of Arms is a larger and deeper undertaking than a single sentence can encompass.

Tell us about your family as well as yourself. It's history, its people, its accomplishments and not least importantly its values. What colors and symbols might suit your personal ethos as well as your family's?
