Hapsburg Poland, I suppose- though they might use a coat of arms more different than the Congress Kingdom's (because the only think I added to that was the Hapsburg-Lorraine shield)

Bascally satanic symbolism is the reverse of christian symbolism,
so
Pentagrams, Upside down crosses, etc...

Nice flag, I might have a use for it....
