well you might look at a more Anti-Judaic Christianity due to the perceived pandering by the persecuting Romans toward the persecuting Jews causing a rather more substantial split between the religions. leading to a butterflying of the concept of "Judeo-Christian" and a focus on New Testament...
The Muslims wouldn't destroy it they'd reconsecrate it as a mosque, but quite possibly the Crusaders would tear it down and replace it with a cathedral. Which ironically would get reconsecrated as a Mosque after Saladin finished up.

Well, Hälsingland held on to the Old Gods until the 1200's afaik, then of course we were very slow in turning away from catholicism, not doing it until 1550's sort of thing.
