This one took some thinking, but this is what I came up with. Maryland is one of the most visually compelling state flag, so I had to give it a crack.

Tuva, with and without the coat of arms. On a school desktop and I'm not good with a mouse in image editing, so I'll edit the borders of the coat later (if I remember/have time/feel like it).

metastasis, I would actually like the second Mongolian one better if you moved the soyombo up a bit, so that the pillars lined up with the cross' intersection.
