Fate of South-East Asia in a CP in WWI victory TL

If the CP win in 1918, then I can see an increased German influence in the region, thanks to their accusation of Indochina. They would probably replace the French influence, but not the British, since I doupt they would be defeated like Freance could have been.

The Dutch East Indies would remain under Dutch control, athough they would be apart of the new Europäisch Zollverien and Mitteleüropa, so there will be some German influence there as well.

Depends on the mode of "victory". I mean a CP-favourable negotiated peace in 14/15 would see the colonies returned or compensation paid where as forcing the French to surrender in 1918 will probably acchieve nothing out east (Given the gross inferiority of the High Seas Fleet relative to the Grand Fleet).
