Yes, we know that the actors get back onto a revived show, but the world has just had the largest, most advanced space ship it knows of crash land into the convention center. What effect does that have on the technology of the planet? If the Protector is anything like the Enterprise (since the movie is a spoof on Star Trek anyway), the command module is capable of high sublight velocities, so it must have an advanced propulsion and power system, as well as weapons, computer systems etc... So, what happens next?
