Chinese name translation help
What is the name of East/Maritime Tartary* in Chinese?

I would like the name in the Pinyin romanisation, please.

*(That is the area of Outer Manchuria south of the Amur River.)

It's Binhaizhou (滨海州), roughly "Coastal Province".
