"Blue and White" style replaced and deleted

The "blue and white" style has been deleted because it can't be kept up to date with new versions of the VBulletin software. Please use the "white" style instead, which looks nearly the same.

This only applies to people who use custom styles to change the appearance of the board (the lower left corner of the screen has a menu to choose from different appearances, currently five).
