World War I: Aggressive Entente?

What would happen if World War I was started by the Triple Entente?
What would be the consequences of:

- Germany is still defeated at the end of World War I.
- France and Britain attack German colonies in Africa, starting World War I.
- US stays out of the war.
- Germany does not have to pay the war reperations.
- Great Depression does not happen because Hoover veto's the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act

How would it end, what will be the consuquences of today?

Germany gets a whole lot of world sympathy I mean the big bad
agresive super allance attacked them. Expect German history books
to write about how the great powers of the world ganged up on them
unfairly.

I don't think Britain would get involved, at least not at first. Britain was pushed into the war by a desire not to ignore their treaty obligations to Belgium. They probably would get involved later, but the delayed involvement might mean they come out of the war a bit stronger.

No Great Depression seems improbable, but if it is avoided, the chances for a second World War in the 40's are much worse. Hitler never rises to power, for one thing

It would be a lot harder to get Britain involved if the more aggressive France invades Belgium to get to Germany... In that case the UK would pretty much be guaranteed to stay neutral and probably would lean towards the CP. But that's not the situation...

So, France and Britain attack German Africa... and it seems this results in a much more lenient peace treaty... is most of the fighting here in Africa? What is the role of Russia? I wonder, will Germany come out of this with the Kaiser still around, or did it totally collapse as in OTL? (Is Austria-Hungary still around?)

Well, he might. I mean, Germany is still beaten senseless ITTL, so even without paying war reparations they might have some pretty unequal treaties to sign.

Well, because of the war the Archduke of Austria cancels his trip to Serbia so he never gets assasinated. They help their ally Germany against the Entente.
Russia delcares war to the Centrals and still becomes a communist nation.

Germany still invades Belgium in order to attack France, the UK declares war to the Centrals.
The Lusitania is never attacked by a German U-Boat, nor do the Americans discover the Zimmerman-Telegraph, thus, they stay out of the war.

The Entente has no reason to be aggressive, time is on their side.

They might get aggressive by 1920 or so (1918 at the earliest) but they have zero reason to start anything in 1914 when they are at their comparative low compared to their enemies.
