The British and French never grow a spine and continue their appeasement policies. Perhaps Churchill never replaces Chamberlain, I don't know. Hitler gains the Czech part of Czechloslovakia. Hitler gains the Polish corridor. Hitler, some sort of revolution in Italy leads Hitler to seize control of northern Italy when Mussolini and his army appear incapable against the rebels. War between Greece and Italy ends in Italian occupation of Greece. Hitler tells Mussolini that he won't protest Mussolini's gains in Greece if he let's Germany keep northern Italy. Mussolini backs down. Somehow the Neth. annexed by Germany. Hitler croaks before he can start a war. Perhaps more moderate leaders come to power in Germany, perhaps not. Maybe they're just saner and sit on their new holdings, content not to start a war.
