Crimson Skies

I hope this is the right forum as I do not intend to discuss teh game(s) themselfs, but merely the world in which they take place. My question is this: what will happen in the world after the games? I never completed the PC game, but there was some interesting hints made in the game dialouge. For example, just what the heck will ww2 look like with no USA, but instead alot of funky looking aircrafts and a bunch of young nations in north america? Has anyone ever given this TL any though? I find it somewhat well done.

First I'd say the "books, movies, games" forum would be the place to talk about this. Why don't you repost there. I wouldn't be surprised if there hasn't already been some discussion of this as there are a number of interesting things to ask about the rest of the world as well, like "why is it Britain and not Japan messing around in Hawaii." While I find the basis for the disintegration of the USA very improbable - and some of the resulting nations make no real sense - it would be interesting to speculate what effect a heavily divided north america would have on WW2. BTW the PC game was pretty cool.

You could just rewrite (or cut and paste) your post here into the other forum.
