AH Challenge: Palestinian State... In Germany!

What with all the Israel-related threads floating around, I thought I'd throw this one up. The prevaling argument seems to be that if Party A is responsible for the suffering of Party B, then they should impede the consequences. However, surely if Party C impedes the consequences of Party B's suffering then some fault lies with Party A?

With a POD after the Second World War, have the International Community arrive at this conclusion and establish a Palestinian State within the borders of the former Third Reich.

How about going one step further down the chain? The Palestinians don't want to go to Germany so, as in OTL, many of them emigrate to Honduras and Belize. In the 20teens, with the economies of the two countries fully subordinated to Palestinian Interests so eventually someone says, "Oh alright, the Palestinians can have the Greater Honduras, now before we have a major conflict in Central America, and since it's all Germany's fault anyway, the Mayans can have Bavaria.

YES! And by then we can stick the Bavarians on the moon or something?

But seriously, any takers for the challenge?

Since Kaliningrad is roughly the size of Israel (IIRC), and is apparently becoming depopulated due to AIDS and emigration, I once half-jokingly suggested settling the Palestinian refugees there.

Perhaps only the Orthodox Palestinians settle there? Not that there are many left in Palestine or Israel anyway.

One thing I don't want to see in any TL: German neonazis demanding Jewish-settled areas of 1937's Germany back to "the Reich"

The most recent articles about Orthodox Palestinians I've read state that currently less than 2% of the Palestinians in the Palestinian Territories is Christian, and those statistics included non-Orthodox Christian denominations as well, and propably even the non-Arab Christians in the Palestinian territories (even though their numbers are negligible).

IIRC the same reports suggested that the number of Arab Christians in Israel is significantly higher,
but I could be mistaken about that.

Even so, IIRC, Orthodox Christians have never been more than 22% of the Palestinian population during the 20th century, so just resettling the Palestinian Christians wouldn't really solve the problem...

On a side note; most Palestinian Christians migrated to the America's during the 20th century, didn't they?

Yes, some to the US but mostly to Honduras, Belize and Chile
