Native Americans today

Assume that nobody from the Old World came to the New (for whatever reason) starting with Columbus. How advanced is the New World now? What is likely to have changed?

Maybe someone in the new world will discover the wheel!

I doubt it would be very advanced at all, it would be alot like it was in 1492.

Now if the question was, what if the Europeans didnt colonize the new world, that would be alot easier. Perhaps there is a disease the natives are immune to but it kills most Europeans within weeks. There are a few who develop immunities to it, mostly traders and missionaries. The Natives will develop a little bit but not much.
