Finally broke down and...

...ordered "Domination" by Stirling from Amazon.Com. Figured out the Draka novels is a good place to start, given how many people seem to be into those. Not to mention that I love dystopias. Will post a review when I get the book and read through it.

It's a decent series. Despite how much flak it gets for implausibility, it's still an entertaining read, and really, what more can you ask than to be entertained?

However, the omnibus volume is missing Stirlings origional, and quite detailed, appendices. You can find them at his website.
