THE 2ND CIVIL WAR

Came across this TV movie on IMDB, all about a 2nd civil war in America which occurs after the Governor of Idaho refuses to grant asylum to some Pakistani orphans seeking refuge in America, and the President goes against him after being given advice to act like Eisenhower re Little Rock, and the tremendous influence of the media coverage inflames everything to fever pitch such that ppl line up against each other along racial lines. Anybody seen it ? Sorry guys if I seem to be delving too much into white supremacist/race relations stuff right now.

I think the Feds granted the refugees political asylum, but the Idaho governor wouldn't let them in.

The movie is more a big joke than anything else; there's an Indian reservation between the Idaho Guard and the Federal forces, and since they'd be in the way of the coming war, the Feds give them a casino license in exchange for their getting out of the way. The actual cause of the war is also more humorous than serious...I won't give it away though.
