My ship existed, but I've postulated her serving in an AH Korean and Filipino navy, see this thread...

Lockheed Barracuda
Roles: Air superiority dogfighter, interceptor, long-range bomber/airship escort, tactical ground attack
Engine: 1850 hp Chrysler MG1850 w/ two-stage supercharger
Crew: 1
Dimensions:
Wingspan 29 ft
Length 27ft
Weight: Empty 6,500 lbs. Maximum Takeoff 12,900 lbs.
Performance:
Max. speed: 487 mph
Range: 1,700 miles, 2500 miles w/ drop tanks
Armament: (Barracuda MkI)
One Remington RCX-100AR 1” (25.4 mm) cannon in lower fuselage, a revolutionary 3-chamber revolving design that takes the gun’s firing rate up to 1,000 rpm, nearly 50% higher than the widely used Hispano-Suiza 20mm aircraft cannon.
Two .50 caliber Remington machine guns in upper fuselage
Two .50 caliber Remington machine guns in wings (later four .50s, then six on D-series attack models)

Manufactured: Charlotte, NC
Operated from: Land, airship.

Operational in mid-1941, the Barracuda largely replaced the long-serving McDonnell Greyhound MkII in front-line interceptor squadrons of the Confederate States Air Force. The first Barracudas were of course deployed to the Caribbean Theatre, where they aided in the defense of Florida, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Hispaniola and the Antilles, against the major Argentine bombing campaigns of 1941-42.

The introduction of the Barracuda came at a time when nearly all the major belligerent powers were introducing canard-pusher fighter designs, such as Texas' Vultee Ascender, Republic of Washington's Curtiss Falcon, Britain's DeHavilland Raven, and the San Martin Tiburon of Argentina, which Barracuda pilots would find themselves confronting quite often during 1942 and '43.

Obviously this aircraft is heavily based on the Henschel HS P.75: http://www.luft46.com/henschel/hsp75.html

More accurately, this aircraft is based on the McDonnell Banshee, a fan-created plane for the Crimson Skies Universe, which was based on the Hughes Bloodhawk, one of the official CS planes, which was in turn based on the P.75. Got all that?

GSS Maximilian would still kick its ass. Hell, the Max could probably beat a Death Star.

Another CGU Weapon of War. In this case, an infantry armament.
LLK-778A9 Lightning Rifle

Manufacturer: Defensive Fighting Systems
Mass: 20 kilograms
Munition: superheated arc of charged electrons
Output: 10 kilovolts
Capacity: 1000 kilovolts
The infamous Lightning Rifle is a special-issue experimental weapon that fires an arc of superheated charged particles, or in other words, a lightning bolt. When the energy bolt collides with, say, powered armor, the energy overloads and short-circuits the shields. When the energy hits living tissue, it sears through flesh and instantly carbonizes bone. Though unwieldy, it is a deadly weapon in the right hands.

From the 2115 edition of Weapons of the War for Sovereignty, published by Pacifica.

The Combine Infantryman(Images are linked for size reasons)

Pictured here, a squad of Combine soldiers from the 252nd MI division advance across the dangerous streets of Panama City. Using the now infamous M602 Powered Armor suits, this squad was using cutting edge technology for 2065, when the photo was taken. The pointman is using the DMR model of the Smith & Wesson M12 automatic rifle, using the venerable 6.5 round. Rather than using a more fragile external scope, the zoom function of the helmet's sensor mount. The DMR variant is only really notable for the longer barrel, most of the moving parts are interchangeable with the regular M12 to avoid logistics strain.

The M88 Main Battle Tank

The standard Combine MBT for 2059-2068, the M88 underwent dozens of modifications as the autofactories pumped them out. The one here in Quebec in 2062 has an 90mm hypervelocity linear railgun, and three 25mm snub-barrel smart guns, one coaxial and two in the subturret shown firing at an incoming missile spread. The M88 had a near-AI system and three normal crew members, and despite its 75 ton bulk, it could make 45mph in good conditions (of course, this caused considerable wear on the running gear).

What's the range of that main weapon?

Interesting concept: Planet destroyer vs Planet-sized ship.

I've heard estimates that the Death Stars range is somewhere along the estimate of 10-12 planetary diameters. Of course, I'm pretty sure the Max isn't going to be maneuverable enough to hit it at that range, so I'm guessing the Death Star will be able to get one or two shots. One is to pierce the shields, another to hit any critical parts.

The Imperium has a superlaser as well, along with the Eclipse and the Sovereigns.

Of course, this place isn't where a discussion for the CGU universe against the Star Wars universe should be.

EDIT: @Thande
When you talk of an Overcompensator, are you referring to that one from AH.COM wars, or that one novel of yours?

Of course. I've discussed this at other sites. The consensus is that a war between the CGU and Empire would be a stalemate, and that the Max and DS would cancel each other out, unable to beat each other.

Now, onto more mass produceable but still dangerous things...

M28C Gauss Rifle.

Manufacturer: Mauser Waffenfabrik
Mass: 5 kilograms
Ammunition: 10mmx60mm M677AP Armor-Piercing Projectiles
Magazine capacity: 60 rounds
Range: 1600-2200 meters
Built for special forces uses, the M28 is a lightweight, compact, assault weapon. It uses magnetic coils to accellerate a 10mm ferrous nickel spike at hypersonic velocities, making it better against the chitinous Zephyr armor.

Hmm. Good weapon. I'm guessing it'd use a railgun to fire it?
Now, imagine firing an asteroid with a giant railgun. Crack a planet, kill a cowboy.
