I thought to ask you guys on this forum because you seem to know all about this, anyway is it possible to make good flags on mobile devices? If so what programs to use.

Well, I use Inkscape for all my map- and flag-making, and I believe it runs on mobile devices - there's a portable app listed on its download page at least. I've never used it on a mobile device though, so I don't know how easy it would be to use on one.
