What if the Kingdom of Tondo united Luzon and was able to survive in the Present, I think the requirements for their survival is a higher population in Luzon and they should move their capital to an area which is unreachable, how would be the culture of the people of the Kingdom of Tondo ITTL and would it be a part of sinosphere or indosphere, they would not call themselves Luzonians but Selurongese or possibly Tagalogs because the Lakans also called their subjects 'Tagalogs' even if they don't speak the OTL Tagalog language since they styled themselves as the Ruler of the Tagalogs.
