AH Challenge: Triple Brits success for Kaisers
This is currently an Ents. headline from the BBC news site.
Your challenge is to take this headline, and twist it through alternate history in a political / constitutional / military way.

Well, Germany and Austria/Austria-Hungary are obvious contenders. The phrase of "Triple Brits success for" in modern parlance are somewhat shorn of military significance. I'd lean toward something like this:
1914: No assassination of FF 1920: Late accession of FF to throne of A-H 1930-50: A-H disintegrates slowly or comes apart peacefully 1940-1960: Formation of European Commerce Federation 1970-1980: End of British Empire (premature end forestalled by absence of both World Wars and Communism) 1980s: Britain edges toward unity with Europe, but is pretty, well, British about the whole thing. 1995: Following diplomatic efforts made by both Kaisers, the English parliament finally begins to authorise moves toward European integration. Hence the headline. |

How do we define the term Brits?
Certainly avoiding or delaying World War I helps. One is reminded of House's trip across Europe in 1914...
