Baghdad Pact vs. Arab League

Have some scenario where it's the Baghdad Pact or METO (Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, and the United Kingdom) vs. the Arab League. This would probably not be a Cold War thing- only a few AL states were Soviet-friendly, right?

Do they have to make a full-sized war, all of them participating?

No, but I'm sure if the Baghdad Pact is like NATO, they'd send troops to join the main force.

the Sabadad Pact? wasn't Afghanistan also part of that?
