Communist Alliance
WI the Soviet Union doesn't collapse in 1991 and survives to present day? What if their is an alliance between the Soviet Union, North Korea, Cuba, and China? What would the alliance be on the world stage, War on Terror, Iraqi war?

Nope. First, the USSR and Cuba were allies for a period. Second, China and the USSR did not get along. And, third, North Korea's not going to do anything w/o the permission of China.
Maybe two alliances, USSR/Cuba and China/North Korea. Neither would be allowed to intervene much in world affairs, just as the US pretty much blocks most Chinese attempts to take a place on the world stage (plus, there's just not that great of a drive by the Chinese to position themselves in front of the world). The collapse of the USSR was all but inevitable anyways, their economic system, different from that of China, and their ridiculously tight social restrictions up until Gorbachev, were not going to stand up when faced with the US and the internet (which would cause A LOT of social tension if Soviet peseants were allowed to view it).

They withdraw in '87 instead of '89 but are in a better position?
