Something during the War of the Spanish Succession I think. Though all those Russian changes must be later...

Is that a Scandinavian Union or Swedish Empire.( Ingria and Estonia are included)...?

Since parts of France are owned by the Brits, I don't think that Latin Empire is reigned by them... Italy earlier united here?
