OK, that's the last one. At least for today.

How can you finish off the "sick man of the Bosphorus" before 1850?

Napoleon makes up with Alexander before the Invasion. Seeing that the Continental system is being really hard on Russia he offers to help Alexander obtain Constantinople in exchange for cooperation against the British. Russia agrees and France and Russia partition the Osmans by 1814. France gets. Armenia, Azerbijan, Syria, Iraq etc. Russia gets Anatolia and Constantinople. The Balkans and Egypt become free. England objects strenuously but has no allies at this time

Maybe Napoleon marries a daughter of the Romanovs instead of the Hapsburgs? And Napoleon gets the Moslem lands of the south instead of Russia, and Russia gets the Balkans as they partition the Austrian empire?
That's a lot of timber and ports to wind up in French hands.
And troops, too.

And Russia is an ally. I'd hate to be the British PM just then, especially since I've just started fighting America.
