How to put a link in my Sig

I want to put a link to my TL into my sig but all I can do is put the URL but I can't write my timelines name on it.

Sorry if this doesn't make any sense.

Or, you could use "Preview message" and then take away all but one letter of the now linked URL, type what you want, and then take away the one last letter of the URL. It is what I do.

I have another unrelated question, but I don't want to have to start another thread.
Where do you get those battle templates with the results, troop amount and such, like those on wikipedia?

Go to the post and hit the "Quote" button below it. That will open up a new post screen. Cut or copy what is in that screen and click "User CP" on the bar across the top of your screen. Then, on the left, click "Edit Signature" and paste into the box.

EDIT: Or you could manually add in the data. Change [quote] to [quote=Thande;6197963].
