Missouri in a CS victory timeline.

Let's just say for arguements sake, that regardless of what type of Confederate victory this is, Missouri remains in the Union.

What becomes of the Confederates within the state? Namely that of the numerous Infantry units the state rose for the CSA, the pro-Confederate state guard, Quantrill's Raiders, Jesse James, "Bloody Bill" Anderson and Sterling Price?

Especially, what becomes of the Bushwacker/Jayhawker border war? The bushwacker side won the war, but the state remains in the Union with a heavily pro-Confederate southern and western regions.
