Climate Change Question

Hey there guys,
I'm working on a global warming worst-case scenario, and I was wondering how much exactly global temperatures would rise in the case of a full polar meltdown. The closest I've been able to find was a probable rise of 3°C over the next hundred years, but I'm looking farther out. Say, 1000 years?

I would give the worst case scenario as 6 degrees Celsius for 100 years, and 18 degrees Celsius for 1000 years.
