The borders make no sense though and if Poland doesn't have Lithuania there is no point to it,unless you want Lithuania without Lithuania.

We should be able to have overlapping claims which get decided on becuase otherwise this will be the worst map ever seen.

Hey, so how about don't be a jerk, eh? You can have overlapping claims, but don't butcher the map just to fit your desires. Once the game begins, the borders may be more fluid and haggled over as lands are bought, sold, inherited, or conquered. Until the game begins, however, the borders are to remain unchanged so that claiming isn't such a nightmare.
