AHC: French/German/Russian monarchical restoration postwar
Possible or not? I'd say Germany yes, France is much harder. Doesn't matter which French dynasty gets the nod for this challenge. Triple bonus for the Romanovs post-USSR.

I suppose if a pro-Royalist alt-Nazis got in, if they conquered France they'd likely stick someone on that throne and try to put one of the Russian throne too if they fought in the East. Is that plausible?

I had a vague outline of a timeline where General Hans von Seeckt and Adolf Hitler rose to power following the Beer Hall Putsch. After a few months and to better secure power Prince Wilhelm was to be made the new Kaiser, though it was for the most part a ceremonial position not unlike that of the Modern Day Monarchy in Great Britain. |

But if WWI, is it really a restoration in Germany's case?
