Hitler's Republic's so far the only plausible winning Nazi Germany scenario. It's in here because it can't be done without a POD well before the division point; mine was 1901.
Right now, it's in the Sealion invasion of Britain that was deeply infeasible in our timeline. The invasion has mostly made it across with little opposition, and a beachhead's been established in two places. This' also the first plausible successful Sealion.
