Retrospective US Presidential Election Results Thread

This will be the dedicated thread for the results of the Retrospective US Presidential Elections. The 1789-1896 elections are being held every week in the pre-1900 forum, while the 1900-2008 elections are being simultaneously held every week in the post-1900 forum.

Please do not use this thread for discussion. Instead, use the thread linked here for general project discussion, and use the election threads themselves for discussion on each particular election.

Congrats to George Washington for winning the 1789 election, just as he did in OTL. And special congrats to Eugene Debs for his victory in the 1900 election, defeating incumbent William McKinley, the electee of OTL that year.

The 1792 and 1904 Retrospective US Presidential Elections are now up, so get voting!

The project is back underway after a brief hiatus during which the election polls were mistaken for spam threads in the pre- and post-1900 forums. The project will now be housed entirely within the Chat forum. Many thanks to CalBear for transferring the threads over to here.

No, I figure I'll only make them if the winner is different than in OTL.

Congrats to John Adams for winning the 1796 election, just as he did in OTL. And special congrats to Eugene Debs for his victory in the 1908 election, defeating William Taft, the electee of OTL that year, for his second non-consecutive term.
