WI: A Wilson Presidency

-Henry Wilson that is. Setting up the scenario of Grant dying in office or being assassinated in the fall (Late September/October/Early November) of 1875, what would be the general consequences of Wilson ascending to the Presidency?

-Also, what are the general consequences upon the death of President Henry Wilson?

Surely something interesting would happen. Thomas W. Ferry would become "Acting President" I do believe. The way I look at it, Ferry would claim he was President and try to challenge the "acting" part.
