Battle of Crecy, 1346

WI: The battle of Crecy had resulted in an overwhelming French victory. Would Edward have tried again?

I see only if Genoese are better and French are more at maneuvering. English high ground overrun only if English longbows halteds or weather damages sight and bowstring. How French win?

If French win - Chivalry rules; longbow dominance questiones, crossbow and knight combianation better and more adopted in Europe.

Questiones too if Edward lives after battle? Captured? Killed? Ransome? If English defeated, can they afford new battle? No Calais in North meaning No English Base in North. Poiters months later in south fought differently?
