A World without Trieu Da/Zhao Tuo

I was thinking of a scenario about a world without Trieu Da or Zhao Tuo establishing Nam Yue/Nam Viet, where in he was defeated by the natives of the Guangdong region in Southern China, I think it would be in best tandem with a aborted Roman Empire or No Roman Empire scenario.
