DBWI: Ottomans join the Great War

There was a lot of talk in Constantinople about this, but ultimately it didn't happen because the Brits publicly compensated the Porte for the two confiscated battleships.

Say the Porte joins in 1914. Would the war still end in 1917? Would Imperial Russia survive the war (seeing how the Romanovs barely hung on by a thread IOTL, and even that required Nicholas II to abdicate in favour of Alexei with Grand Duke Michael as his regent)?

And also, would Bulgaria have remained neutral and would Romania have joined the war in 1915 already?

Nah, you knew how the Balkan Wars or the Italian invasion of Lybia ended. Russia can easily defend the Caucausus. Their best bet would be trying to take away as much pressure as possible from Germany. It would be interesting to see the effects of that.
