WI:Jeanne d'Albret married to the King of France

Is it possible for Henry II of France to marry Jeanne d'Albret instead of Catherine of Medici, I was thinking of the possibility of the Valois Dynasty surviving since in OTL Catherine of Medici had difficulty of becoming pregnant, another thing is it possible for Catherine of Medici to marry Philip of Spain instead.
