Here is a flag that I am quite proud of to be honest: Essentially I was unhappy with the flag of Manchukuo, since it was just a stupid variant of the "Five Races Under One Union" flag. So...
The yellow stands for the Manchu people (obviously), the blue for the Amur river AND the Mongol minority. The emblem is the seal of Manchukuo (may be a bit anarchonistic, but I can't find any other Manchurian symbols).

And here is an altered version of the GUASR flag for Sumeragi's MOTF entry - UASR (an initial union of socialist Japan, Korea, FER, and Taiwan) - as requested.
I've replaced the stars with the I-Ching octogram and replaced the Great Unity hanzi with Union. |

This is a flag that I made to represent Korea for my flag challenge entry.
It is essentially an improved version of one that I did a while ago that replaces the central Taegeuk, with the Sam-Taegeuk. This Sam-Taegeuk is in the Joseon style and not modern Korean-style. I also added the 4 missing Ba gua to make it more seperate from the current Korean flag. It is not my challenge entry, however.

I like this one, but for some reason my instinct is to move the blue stripe to the left side...

Neither Asian nor communist, so I'm going against the flow of recently popular flags, but here's Carlist Spain circa mid-19th century.

Only one Marxist Acidist flag today: Yugoslavia.
--------- A note about the international emblem of the Marxist-Acidists. The symbol, officialy known as "The Tripping Star", was designed by a commitee of young illustrators in the mid 1960s and officialy adopted after 2 years of work. It was actualy drawn on the first meeting but then quickly forgotten and remembered no less then 17 times over the following 24 months with most of the designers' time being spent eating, staring at shiny objects or debating what would be the dialectal antithesis of Fred Flintstone. Thankfully it survive in many rendering nowaday as the original drawing as since been lost, having been accidently used as rolling paper by some visiting comradudes.

The People's Republic of Mic, a parody of China. (The other two factions in the game were Blo, a completely and utterly random place where you can - for instance - snowboard down Mount Doom; and Gno, a gnostic empire ruled by gnomes.)

No. They encrypt things, annoying the players of the other two factions.

I've switched to 600 pixel high flags. Someone tell if they're too big. I'm starting to suspect that.

Hey guys,
I'm hoping someone can help me out with a request. This is from a moderated game over at SW, Angola was formerly a Kingdom granted independence by Portugal (the old flag is attached at the bottom.) Recently, Angola has undergone a revolution and is now a democracy with many "intellectual" elements to it (a large portion of non-religious types and a fairly educated populace.) I want the flag to reflect that and I'd like it if someone could work some magic. |

I kept the Kongo cross with but mixed it with pan-africanism. Don't know if they would keep the cross or not so I also did one where the elephant is the prime symbol. ![]() ![]()
