AHC: Making the Palmyerene and Gallic Empire survive.

The crisis of the third century has always been a very interesting time to read about Rome. Anyway my challenge to the AH community is having the Palmyrene and Gallic Empire survive. What would the POD be? Aurelian dead? Also if the three empires survive how will it change Europe,North Africa,and the middle east?
