The obvious England doesn't enter the Protestant orbit, at the least at this point. Would ultimately depend on the standing of the reformist camp.

Probably not, as the tridentine mass is not likely to be butterflied away.
Otoh, Wiki says there were exemptions for regions whose rites were early enough. Sarum is earlyenough ... but so is the galllican rite variants which WERE suppressed
