"Kingdom of Hannover" is just a curtain. In fact, it's a regroupment of territories, which must be easely integrated to France. That's why Westphalia has been put in the Kingdom of Hannover. And the regroupment of Baden et Wurtemberg come from the birth of a South German national feeling. But you're right for Switzerland and the Montenegrin borders.

And I am honestly amazed that in 5 years the French managed to build a fleet big enough in secret to transport enough men to capture so much of Ireland? And really, only leaving 20 ships in the Channel Fleet and continuing the campaign in Italy whilst the home isles were under attack?

BW declare war on the Swiss in the objective of... spread democracy, maybe?

Bernadotte was the ruler of Sweden, no? So after another betrayal, he joins the side of Napoleon and regain Finland from Russia.

Turkey has over 70 million people. "Few thousands", which would presumably be less that 10,000, is a death toll of 99.986%, not 90%. If there still is 10% of the human race left, presumeably the survivors are in the southern hemisphere - and should be _colonizing_ the middle east by 85 years post-apocalypse.

hostile nomads haven't been a big problem since the development of halfway decent guns: had Anatolia dropped down below 16th century tech? And why should nomads do very well either when the grass is all radioactive? Or are we talking this kind of nomad?

Assuming no increase in 85 years, that's 98.5% dieoff. And Mongolia managed to have a pretty totalitarian government in the 1930s with a population density hardly higher... (just sayin')

I've been working on a map for 9 Fanged Hummingbird's TL, and I have a few concepts of my own for down the road, but the going's been slow primarily due to a return to university, but also a latent fear of getting eviscerated if the upcoming maps don't live up to my own standard

Sort of, yeah, given the West tends to be very different from the East I figured putting it their was fitting.
It originally encompassed the entire Western half fo the U.S., but then I added a color for California and Cascadia/Columbia and it got pushed back to just the Mountain West.

The Blueish-Grey is the Vandals color, the Goldish is the Carthage color, both historic states based in Tunisia.

2)...two Indian colours?

The southern one is the color for the Chola Empire, while the the color used in the rest is the color for modern India and Central and Northern Indian states histrocially.

Their is a Prussian color, it takes up the non-Sanoxy parts of East Germany.

Ukraine does'nt have one because I have at no point in ATL's or doing OTL maps seen a reason to provide it one.

4) Why does Afghanistan have a colour?

The Aghan Empire and other Empires based in the region.

5) What's the colour near Istanbul?

It was the original color I used for Turkey and the Ottoman Empire, however after I switched I retained it as an extra color.

6)...colour in south-west Germany?

The Alemmani and Baden IOTL and any South German state that's not Bavarian or Austrian for ATL's.

I have'nt worked out the exact details yet, but basically the Balochi state (not sure I'll call it Balochistan) and Kashmir were treated more like Afghanistan, connected to the Raj, but not a direct part of it.

Bengladesh received independence as a result of the British giving them the choice of joining India or Independence.
