Looking for a book about post-WWII plans

And a specific book at that, as I recall once reading a conversation on AH.com about a book that explored what Churchill, Roosevelt, Hitler, Stalin, de Gaulle and others had in store for their world after World War II - precisely, how they planned to change things in case of their victory. I'm really only looking for the name of that book, but if anyone knows of similar ones, better or of similar quality, I'm all ears.
