Effects of Muslim Zionism?

The Christian zionist movement has played a significant role in the support for israel among many especially in the US. They essentially believe the jews being in israel is sort of a pre-cursor to the second coming of christ. What if let's say in the early 20th century a sort of muslim zionism began taking prominence among certain muslim circles with a similar belief in some sort of divine prophecy for jews returning to israel. What would the effects be of such views taking hold in the muslim world have on israel?

Why? Palestine had a Muslim majority, why would they want a lot of Jews there. I don't say Muslims would automatically be against Jewish immigration, and it's not ASB they'd support it within reasonable numbers, but NOT if it means drastically changing the demography of the region, and Muslims being driven away from their land.

Christain Zionism is a negligible factor in support for Israel, even in the US. As it depends on some loony tunes interpretation of Revelation, which is not accepted in Islam as "truth", it being corrupted by human intervention and modifications then it could never become a mainstream faction in Islam.

So even if this did take hold as a minor heresy in Islam it would have negligible impact on the world.
