Christain Zionism is a negligible factor in support for Israel, even in the US. As it depends on some loony tunes interpretation of Revelation, which is not accepted in Islam as "truth", it being corrupted by human intervention and modifications then it could never become a mainstream faction in Islam.
So even if this did take hold as a minor heresy in Islam it would have negligible impact on the world.
