The BionicWilliam Flag & Map Request

Flag Request:
For a surviving ROC on Mainland Scenario
Suiyuan Province

Can I get better flags for:

Alberta:
The current flag reminds me of a current US state flag, (i.e. A Seal or Arms on blue background). A banner of arms would probably be unrealistic because it is a landscape.

Can I get Banner of Arms/Flags based on these arms: (links are to picture of the arms)
Poltava Guberniya
Stavropol Guberniya
Novorossiysk
Kirov Oblast
Sevastopol (Classic)

Map Request:
I request a few add-ons for this map (https://www.alternatehistory.com/discussion/showpost.php?p=3314239&postcount=3169 or as patches

Er, here's a rather poor attempt at Poltava...

Thank you but for Alberta ,I want a flag that is unique and not a British Ensign nor it's current flag. A banner of arms would probably be unrealistic because it is a landscape, so maybe the flag can include some of the symbols of Alberta

The second Alberta flag is better.

Though it does look oddly too "English" (for lack of a better term).

Perhaps have the rose on a blue field below the cross - that is the red cross on white covers the top 1/3 with the blue field the bottom 2/3?

Hmmm.
That flag looks awful - nothing like what I had in my head

Perhaps reducing the white to a white fimbriation on blue?
Other than that the TransparentBlue-style does seem to work.

Here, I found it. All right, if I can remember the names of these Chinese provinces...

Xing'an
The green represents grasslands, and the yellow represents the riches of the province. The text translates (in Google from English) as "Pearl," taken from the capital's nickname, "pearl of the grasslands."

Taiwan

The yellow represents the Chinese mainland, the anachronistic blue represents the ocean, and the white represents Taiwan. The difference of colors is used to represent the different racial origin of the island.
