contrust a TL where the Constitutional con follows Hamilton's draft - President for life with appointed Senate. the country would have given Washington a crown. Life presidency would be simple.

Now my dates for the deaths of Presidents are BAD so roughly I see

George Washington
Thomas Jefferson
Andrew Jackson
Henry Clay
Sam Grant
Uncle Billie Sherman
TR
Lucky Lindy
Eisenhower
Nelson Rockefeller
Neil Armstrong

Note that this is not a timeline. By 1820 history would have diverged too far to hazard a guess at the next president for life. So I gave you a list of national heroes at mostly the right times - military types and a few pols who had proven themselves over time.
