Different job for Barbara Castle

In OTL Barbara Castle became Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity.

With Wilson she tried to carry through a reasonable Union reform law and was blocked.

She lost popularity with the left which was her natural home.


WI she had been made say Home Secretary (With Callaghan dropped as he should have been over devaluation rather than sideways moved.)

How far could she have got??
