AHC- United Arab state
During the early 20th century, there were many discussions about making a united Arab state. Your challenge, if you choose to accept it, is to make a united Arab country (kingdom, republic, doesn't matter) with the minimum borders of Palestine, Syria, and Lebanon. Better if Egypt will be in, and bonus points for all rest. Good luck!

The Palestine+Syria+Lebanon thing is really easy-those countries, along with Jordan, are essentially post-WWI creations. Before then, most of that area's inhabitants thought of it as one "country", called either Syria or Ash-Sham. Just have WWI go differently so one European state winds up controlling Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, and Jordan, and there you go.

One thing to keep in mind is that before T.L. Lawrence there was no Arab unity whatsoever for over a thousand years. There were a few alliances made during the time of the crusades and during the first the first forty years of Israel. other then that they are very disunited.
Even today Egyptians are claiming Egyptian not Arab heritage. Etc...

So... How about Britain storming at Syria instead of Galipolli?
