PC: Order states in the Americas

With a POD after 1400 how can it be achieved that crusader orders establish footholds comparable in size to Estonia in the Americas? For example is it plausible that the colonizers (Spain, Portugal, England and France) might request their assistance against powerful natives (Aztec and Inca)?

Bonus points if you bring the Teutonic Knights there, too.

Teutonic Knights if they don't convert to Protestantism and still somehow leave Prussia.

Knights of St. John if they were kicked out of Malta and find nowhere n Europe

The colonizers were very keen on keeping all possible wealth in Royal coffers. Any knightly orders that established a foothold were directly tied to the royal government, like the Order of Christ.

It might work out if the Americas were discovered and colonized in the 1200's or something.

Cortes' conquest of the 'Aztec' goes south (as it nearly did several times OTL); however now the Spanish know about a vast, wealthy 'heathen' kingdom in what they consider their sphere of influence in the New World. Spain asks for Papal assistance in conquering these 'savages,' much like they did during the later stages of Reconquista in the High Middle Ages. You could see Spanish Orders such as Santiago, Montesa, Calatrava being sent off to the New World, and eventually establishing their order Crusader States there.
